Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On May 25, 2022, DXC Technology Company (the “Company”) issued a press release reporting its financial results for the fourth quarter of fiscal 2022 ended March 31, 2022. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1. The Company will also hold a conference call at 5:00 PM EDT, on May 25, 2022, to discuss this matter.
