Explanation of Responses:

(1)

The Personnel & Compensation Committee of Delta's Board of Directors granted Mr. Carroll 9,120 shares of restricted common stock under Delta's 2022 long-term incentive program. The shares will vest pursuant to the terms of the award agreement. The number of shares of restricted common stock granted on February 9, 2022 was incorrectly reported in the original Form 4 filed on February 11, 2022 as 4,560. As a result, the number of shares beneficially owned by the Reporting Person following the reported transaction was incorrect. The correct amount beneficially owned at February 9, 2022 was 32,309 as reported in this amendment.
