(1)	Based on the DCP common unit closing price on 12/30/2020.
(2)	The reporting person satisfied the withholding tax liability by withholding common units.
(3)	Each restricted phantom unit is the economic equivalent of one DCP common unit.
(4)	The restricted phantom units reported on this Form 4 were granted on 2/28/2020 and expected to settle on 02/27/2023; however, the restricted phantom units vested early due to the reporting person's Retirement pursuant to the terms and conditions of the issuer's 2016 Long-Term Incentive Plan.
