AGM Results

On July 31, 2020, at our annual meeting of stockholders, Mr. Iraklis Prokopakis was re-elected as a Class II director and Mr. Anthony Kandylidis was elected as a Class II director, each for a three-year term expiring at the annual meeting of our stockholders in 2023. Mr. George Economou did not stand for reelection at the annual meeting of stockholders. Our stockholders also ratified the appointment of PricewaterhouseCoopers S.A. as our independent auditors.
