CS Credit Suisse Group

--Credit Suisse Group AG (CS) is said to be considering cutting hundreds of jobs, Bloomberg reports Thursday, although later media reports said the Swiss bank denied it was so.

--Bloomberg, citing "people with knowledge of the matter," said the cuts could start this year, and may affect the bank's International Wealth Business and Swiss Universal Bank, among others.

--Responding to the report, the bank said "The notion that we are weighing hundreds of active job cuts is unfounded," Bloomberg said.
