Colony Credit Real Estate, Inc. (NYSE: CLNC) (“Colony Credit
Real Estate” or the “Company”) today announced that the Company’s
Board of Directors has declared its monthly cash dividend of $0.145
per share of class A common stock (the “Common Stock”) for the
monthly period ended October 31, 2019. The Common Stock dividend
will be paid on November 12, 2019, to stockholders of record on
October 31, 2019.
