Explanation of Responses:
(1)	Transaction involved a cash exercise of an option to purchase shares of Cigna common stock. No shares of common stock were sold as part of this transaction.
(2)	These stock options were granted on May 4, 2016 and vested in three equal installments beginning on May 1, 2017. All outstanding Express Scripts stock options vested and became exercisable upon the closing of the merger on December 20, 2018 under the terms of the Express Scripts Holding Company 2016 Long-Term Incentive Plan.
(3)	These stock options were granted on May 11, 2017 and vested in three equal installments beginning on May 1, 2018. All outstanding Express Scripts stock options vested and became exercisable upon the closing of the merger on December 20, 2018 under the terms of the Express Scripts Holding Company 2016 Long-Term Incentive Plan.
