Chevron Corp., Hyzon Motors Inc. and Raven SR Inc. are collaborating on a green waste-to-hydrogen facility. The facility will be owned by a newly formed company Raven SR S1 LLC. Raven SR Inc. will be the operator of the facility, which is targeted to come online in the first quarter of 2024. Chevron holds a 50% equity stake in Raven SR 1 LLC, while Raven SR Inc. holds 30% and Hyzon Motors holds the remaining 20%. "Chevron, Hyzon Motors, Raven SR Collaborate to Produce Hydrogen From Green Waste -- Energy Comment" at 3:11 p.m. ET on Jan. 10 misstated the owner of the facility.
