Regulation FD Disclosure.
On September 23, 2021, The Brink’s Company (the “Company”) issued a press release revising its 2021 non-GAAP guidance to reflect the impact of the spread of the Covid-19 Delta variant, providing the Company’s revenue, operating profit, operating profit margin and EBITDA outlook for its third-quarter, fourth-quarter, and full year 2021 results and affirming the Company's 2022 preliminary EBITDA financial target. A copy of this release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
