BBVA Names Peio Belausteguigoitia as Head of Spanish Unit

Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria S.A. (BBVA.MC) said Thursday
that it appointed Peio Belausteguigoitia to head its Spanish
branch, taking the place of Cristina de Parias.
The lender said that Mr. Belausteguigoitia was an internal
appointment, and led business development for BBVA Spain until now.
Ms. de Parias will stay with the bank to join the board of its
Mexican subsidiary.
