On May 4, 2021, Bausch Health Companies Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing results of operations for the quarter ended March 31, 2021 and certain other financial information as of and for the quarter ended March 31, 2021. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated herein by this reference.
