(1) Represents securities held directly by Holtec International, Singh Real Estate Enterprises Inc., Tequesta Properties Inc. and HI-MED, LLC. Mr. Singh holds direct and/or indirect ownership of these entities and holds the full voting and dispositive power with respect to Holtec International, Tequesta Properties, Inc. and HI-MED, LLC.
(2) On April 9, 2021, the Company acquired 51% interest in HI-POWER LLC from Holtec International. These options held by Holtech were approved for accelerated vesting immediately as part of the acquisition agreement. These options were exercised and cash for the exercise was paid at the closing of the acquisition.
