Company) informs that, as reported in the press, Aerovías del Continente Americano S.A. Avianca (Aerovías), one of the Companys Colombian subsidiaries, received notice of a ruling from the Colombian
Supreme Court ordering Aerovías to pay damages in an amount of COP$ 500,000,000 (equivalent to approximately USD 129,300 at todays exchange rate) to the Colombian Association of Civil Aviators (Acdac), in connection with an
appeal filed by Adcac regarding certain events that took place in 2003.
