announced a partnership with Noble Systems to enhance Avaya IX™
Contact Center solutions with additional new toolsets, including
gamification for employee engagement, and data analytics solutions
for intelligent automation of processes to improve customer contact
strategies.

Proactive Outbound (POM) users.
