Fourth Quarter 2022 Outlook* Based on our current business outlook
and exchange rate assumptions, management projects overall
performance for the fourth quarter of 2022 to be as follows : • We
see the US dollar and NT dollar exchange rate going from 30.1 in 3
rd quarter 2022 to 31.8 in 4 th quarter 2022; • In NT dollar terms,
our ATM 4 th quarter 2022 business levels should be slightly below
2 nd quarter levels this year; • Our ATM 4 th quarter 2022 gross
margin should be slightly below 1 st quarter 2022 gross margin; •
In NT dollar terms, our EMS 4 th quarter 2022 business levels
should be slightly above 3 rd quarter levels this year; • Our EMS 4
th quarter 2022 operating margin should be close to the operating
margin in the same period last year. *: Due to the impact of the
COVID - 19 outbreak, our outlook continues to be subject to a
higher degree of risk. The information provided is done so as a
reference of our current view as of the date of this presentation.
