Explanation of Responses:
(1)  The exercise and sale of shares was effected pursuant to a Rule 10b5-1 trading plan entered into by the reporting person on September 11, 2019.
(2)  1/60th of the 10,000 shares subject to the option vested and became exercisable on April 1, 2017 and 1/60th of the shares subject to the option shall vest monthly thereafter.
(3)  1/5th of the 10,000 shares subject to the option vested and became exercisable on December 1, 2017 and 1/60th of the shares subject to the option shall vest monthly thereafter.
(4)  1/60th of the 15,000 shares subject to the option vested and became exercisable on April 28, 2016 and 1/60th of the shares subject to the option shall vest monthly thereafter.
