Bertram L. Scott has resigned from the Board of Directors of
AllianceBernstein Corporation, general partner of AllianceBernstein
L.P. and AllianceBernstein Holding L.P., effective March 22, 2022.
Mr. Scott’s resignation was driven by his decision to serve on
fewer public company boards.
