We hereby inform you as a Relevant Information Communication the appointment of Zoila María Horna Zegarra as Corporate Legal Vice President, who will begin her duties effective December 1, 2022.

Ms. Horna has extensive and successful experience in corporate, financial, civil, administrative, and regulatory law. She held the position of Legal and Compliance Manager at Luz del Sur and has been part of important law firms in Peru as senior counsel and associate.
