From what I can tell in the Lecanumab OLE the gap actually narrowed between the original dosed and the original placebo at the 3 year mark vs 18 month mark (obv with Blarcamesine OLE it appears to be the opposite the gap has widened at 144 weeks from 48 weeks and more so 192 weeks).
