As of December 17, 2018, Yandex N.V. (the "Company") repaid the full amount of outstanding principal and outstanding interest in respect of its 1.125% convertible senior notes due 2018 (the "Notes"), in the aggregate amount of US$ 323,075,313.83. The Company retired the Notes and has no further obligations thereunder.
