RAMAT GAN, Israel — (July 7, 2020) XTL Biopharmaceuticals Ltd. (the “Company”) announces today the results of the Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders of the Company, held today, Tuesday, July 7, 2020, in Bnei Brak, Israel (the “Meeting”). At the Meeting, the proposal set forth in Company’s announcement dated June 26, 2020 sent in connection with the Meeting was approved by the required majority of shareholders. The resolution was as follows:

1.	To approve the employment terms of Mr. Shlomo Shalev in his capacity as the Chief Executive Officer of the Company.
