Witness Systems Expands Management Team, Appointing Vice President of Information Systems and Technology; Greg Higham Joins Org

appointment of Greg Higham as vice president, information systems
and technology. In this new position, Higham is responsible for
leading the company's global focus on its world-class technology
infrastructure, including implementing and evolving information
systems and tools that enable aggressive business growth. With more
than 25 years of leadership experience in fast growing global
organizations, Higham brings a unique blend of technology
experience and business acumen to his position with a direct focus
on information technology vision and strategy, operations
management, business process reengineering, security and
governance, and new business growth. Prior to joining Witness
Systems, he most recently served as vice president of worldwide
customer services for Epiphany (now SSA Global). Other leadership
