Results of Operations and Financial Condition

On April 30, 2021, WisdomTree Investments, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the three months ended March 31, 2021. A copy of the press release containing this information is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.

Other Events

On April 27, 2021, the Company’s Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.03 per share of common stock, payable on May 26, 2021 to stockholders of record as of the close of business on May 12, 2021. A copy of the press release issued in connection with the dividend is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
