On July 21, 2022, the Company announced the planned retirement of Robert Wallstrom, President and Chief Executive Officer of Vera Bradley, Inc. (the "Company"). Mr. Wallstrom is expected to remain as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company until a successor has been named.

On July 21, 2022, the Company issued a press release announcing the retirement of Robert Wallstrom. The press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
