Elimination of Chief Administrative Officer Position

On September 21, 2020, Unico American Corporation decided to eliminate the position of Chief Administrative Officer. Consequently, employment of David A. Lawless, then Senior Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer, was terminated, effective immediately, as a result of the position elimination.
