Stocks to Watch: Dish Network, Chewy, Home Depot, Pfizer and More

Here are some of the companies with shares expected to trade actively in Monday's session. Stock movements noted by ticker reflect movements during regular trading hours; premarket trading is specified separately.

Dish Network Corp. -- Unchanged premarket: Dish is leading the race to scoop up assets that the Justice Department says Sprint Corp. and T-Mobile US Inc. must sell to save their $26 billion merger, The Wall Street Journal reported.

Chewy Inc. -- Up 0.4% premarket: The seller of online pet products surged nearly 60% in its public debut Friday.

Texas Instruments Inc. -- Down 0.1% premarket: The semiconductor company fell 3.5% Friday, its third drop of at least that magnitude since mid-May.

Home Depot Inc. -- Up 0.2% premarket: Shares of the home-improvement chain climbed 1.7% Friday, rising for the eighth time in nine sessions.

Pfizer Inc. -- Up 0.2% premarket: Pfizer agreed to buy Array BioPharma Inc. in a deal worth $10.64 billion, as the pharmaceutical company looks to expand its pipeline of cancer therapies.

Amazon.com Inc. -- Down 0.5% premarket: Amazon.com laid off several dozen employees from its division that develops videogames, as the tech giant has struggled to produce a hit and make inroads in the industry, The Wall Street Journal reported.

Prosperity Bancshares Inc. -- Down 0.5% premarket: Prosperity Bancshares is buying LegacyTexas Financial Group Inc. in a cash-and-stock deal valued at more than $2 billion that brings together two Texas-based institutions.

Keane Group Inc. -- Up 0.1% premarket: C&J Energy Services Inc. and Keane Group have agreed to combine in an all-stock transaction the companies valued at $1.8 billion including debt, creating a merger-of-equals in the well completion and production services industry.
