On November 16, 2021, Tattooed Chef, Inc. (the “Company”, “we” and “our”) issued a press release announcing financial results for the third quarter of 2021. A copy of the Press Release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is hereby incorporated by reference in this Item 2.02.
