Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

On September 8, 2020, Strata Skin Sciences (the “Company”) announced that Dr. Dolev Rafaeli, STRATA’s Chief Executive Officer, will present a corporate overview, via virtual conferences scheduled in September. Dr. Rafaeli will be hosting virtual meetings with investors on Thursday, September 10, 2020 during the Colliers Securities 5^th Annual Institutional Investor Conference and on September 15, 2020 at 3:30 pm Eastern time, Dr. Rafaeli will present at H.C. Wainwright’s 22^nd Annual Global Investment Conference.
