SMAAASH Entertainment Inc. (NASDAQ: SMSH) (the “Company”), announced it has proposed an Amendment to its outstanding warrants.  If approved by the requisite number of warrant holders, as required by law, the Amendment would reduce the exercise price of the warrants from $11.50 to $4.00 per share, and reduce the redemption threshold from $21.00 to $7.00 per share, for any 20 trading days within a 30-trading day period.
