On April 30, 2025, Rajesh B. Upadhyaya resigned as Executive Vice President, West Coast Operations, of SigmaTron International, Inc. (NASDAQ: SGMA), an electronic manufacturing services company (the “Company”), effective as of April 30, 2025. His resignation is not related to the operations, policies, or practices of the Company.
