Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers;
Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

Effective as of September 30, 2019, Charles Huiner, Chief
Operating Officer and Senior Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategy of Sientra, Inc. (the Company), has stepped down from his role with the Company to pursue other opportunities. There were no disagreements between
Mr. Huiner and the Company on any matter relating to the Companys operations, policies or practices. Mr. Huiner will be available to consult with the Company on strategic matters and to assist in the orderly transition of his
responsibilities.
