Item 8.01 Other Events.
Science 37 Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) is aware of the closure
of Silicon Valley Bank (“SVB”) by the California Department of
Financial Protection and Innovation, which appointed the Federal
Deposit Insurance Corporation as receiver. The Company currently
holds over 95% of its cash and cash equivalents at large U.S.
banking institutions that are unrelated to SVB. As of December 31,
2022, the Company had approximately $108 million in cash and cash
equivalents.
