The securities awarded on April 28, 2020 were in the form of stock options issued pursuant to the Sage Therapeutics, Inc. 2014 Stock Option and Incentive Plan. 25% of the shares of common stock underlying this stock option award will vest on April 28, 2021, and the remaining 75% of the shares of common stock underlying this stock option award will vest on April 28, 2022, subject, in each case, to the Reporting Person's continued employment with the Issuer on each of the applicable vesting dates.
