On March 15, 2021, Relmada Therapeutics, Inc., released the
conclusions of the preclinical abuse studies on REL-1017
(esmethadone) recently completed as part of its ongoing abuse
assessment program. The full abstracts will
be presented at upcoming scientific conferences. A copy
of these conclusions is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current
Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated into this Item 7.01 by
