Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers, Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

On October 6, 2020, Raven Industries, Inc. (the "Company") announced it is making key leadership changes. Steven Brazones, current Chief Financial Officer, will become Vice President for Applied Technology. Brian Meyer, current Vice President of Applied Technology, will become Vice President for Engineered Films. Anthony Schmidt, current Vice President for Engineered Films, will no longer be serving in that role but will transition to a different role within the Company. The Company will begin its search for a successor CFO immediately. All leadership changes will be effective no later than February 1, 2021, the start of the Company's next fiscal year.
