SiFive Inc. on Friday said it raised $65.4 million in a Series D round at an undisclosed valuation, bringing its total funding to more than $125 million.

SiFive, which provides processor core IP and silicon solutions based on the free and open RISC-V instruction set architecture, said it will use the funds to accelerate its global expansion and technology development.

SiFive said the Series D round was led by existing investors Sutter Hill Ventures, Chengwei Capital, Spark Capital, Osage University Partners and Huami Corp. (HMI), along with new investor Qualcomm Ventures LLC, the venture-capital arm of Qualcomm Inc. (QCOM).

Intel Corp. (INTC), SK Hynix Inc. (000660.SE) and Western Digital Corp. (WDC) have previously invested in SiFive.
