Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

On May 12, 2022, Profire Energy, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release reporting that Mr. Harold Albert, a former executive and co-founder, has informed the Company that he has sold all of his remaining shares of the Company. A copy of the press release is attached to this Current Report as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein solely for the purposes of this Item 7.01 disclosure.
