Result of Pinduoduo Inc.’s 2022 Annual General Meeting
At Pinduoduo Inc.’s (the “Company”) 2022 annual general meeting of
shareholders held on July 31, 2022, shareholders of the Company
adopted the following resolutions as ordinary resolutions proposed
by the Company:

a director of the Company; |
