(1)	The price reported in Column 4 is a weighted average price. These shares were purchased in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $3.39 to $3.62 inclusive. The Reporting Person undertakes to provide to the Issuer, any security holder of the Issuer, or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares sold at each separate price within the range.
(2)	The price reported in Column 4 is a weighted average price. These shares were purchased in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $3.29 to $3.32 inclusive. The Reporting Person undertakes to provide to the Issuer, any security holder of the Issuer, or the staff of the Securities and Exchange Commission, upon request, full information regarding the number of shares sold at each separate price within the range. The reporting person's purchase of PMBC common stock reported herein was matchable under Section 16(b) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, to the extent of 1,721 shares, with the reporting person's sale of shares of PMBC common stock on February 20, 2020 and February 21, 2020. The reporting person has agreed to pay to PMBC, upon settlement of the purchase, $6,051, representing the full amount of the profit realized in connection with the short-swing transaction, less transaction costs.
