ITEM Event

The Company entered into an agreement with its CEO on November 13, 2020 to purchase a total of $250,000 company restricted stock at $1.75 per share. In connection with this agreement, from November 13, 2020, the company completed private placements to the CEO for a total amount of $250,000 and 142,857 restricted shares issued.
