Monster Beverage Corp. said Thursday that it has appointed Hilton Schlosberg co-chief executive officer to serve alongside Chief Executive Rodney Sacks.

The maker of Monster Energy, Relentless and Burn said that Mr. Schlosberg, who has held senior leadership positions within the company for over 30 years, was transitioned from his previous role of president, chief financial officer, chief operating officer and secretary of the company.

Monster Beverage noted that Mr. Sacks will also continue as chairman, and Mr. Schlosberg will continue as Vice Chairman of the board.

Thomas Kelly was voted to succeed Mr. Schlosberg as chief financial officer.
