On November 9, 2007, Molecular Insight Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it entered into a purchase agreement for the sale and issuance of $150,000,000 senior secured floating rate bonds due 2012 and warrants to purchase 6,021,247 shares of common stock of the Company.
