Moderna Inc. will sell an additional 50 million doses of its
Covid-19 vaccine and its updated variant booster candidate, if
authorized, to Japan's government and Takeda Pharmaceutical Co.,
doubling the size of its prior supply agreement.
Moderna said it is responsible for the manufacture and supply of
its vaccine candidate. Takeda, with the support of the Ministry of

all import, local regulatory, development and distribution
