Submission of Matters to a Vote of Security Holders.
|
The MicroVision, Inc. annual meeting of shareholders was held on
June 1, 2022. According to the inspector of election,
shareholders were present in person or by proxy representing
102,647,193 shares, or 62.25% of the company’s common stock
entitled to vote. The shareholders voted on four proposals, which
are described in detail in MicroVision’s definitive proxy statement
filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on April 19,
2022, with the following results:
Proposal 1. All eight of the company’s nominees for director were
elected to hold office until the next annual meeting of
shareholders.
