according to Factiva data. The Facebook parent's shares were
recently up 28% to $196.40. The company posted an upbeat outlook
for the year Wednesday and announced a $40 billion increase in its
repurchase authorization. Meta reported fourth-quarter revenue of
$32.17 billion, down 4.5% from a year ago but above Wall Street
estimates. Many analysts raised their price targets Thursday, with
