As previously announced during the earnings call of MannKind Corporation (the “Company”) on August 5, 2020, David Kendall, M.D., the Company’s Chief Medical Officer, is resigning from the Company. The Company received notice of the resignation on August 4, 2020, and the resignation will be effective at the close of business on August 28, 2020.
