Results of Operations and Financial Condition.
On March 26, 2020, lululemon athletica inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing its financial results for the fourth quarter and full year ended February 2, 2020 and certain other information. A copy of the Company's press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference. As previously announced, the Company has scheduled a conference call for 4:30 p.m. Eastern time on March 26, 2020 to discuss its financial results.
