On October 27, 2022, LKQ Corporation issued a press release
announcing that its Board of Directors has (i) declared a quarterly
cash dividend of $0.275 per share of common stock, payable on
December 1, 2022, to stockholders of record at the close of
business on November 17, 2022; and (ii) authorized a
$1 billion increase and one-year extension to its stock
repurchase program.
