Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

 

On November 10, 2022, LiveOne, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its operating and financial highlights and results for the second quarter and six months ended September 30, 2022. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.

On November 4, 2022, the Company issued a press release announcing that it plans to hold a conference call to provide a business update and discuss its operating and financial results for the second quarter and six months ended September 30, 2022 on November 10, 2022.
