Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

 

On February 10, 2022, LiveOne, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its operating and financial highlights and results for the third quarter ended December 31, 2021. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.

On February 8, 2022, the Company issued a press release announcing that it plans to hold a conference call to provide a business update and discuss its operating and financial results for the third quarter ended December 31, 2021 on Thursday, February 10, 2022.
